Refund is possible if we are convinced of the following:
1) The product delivered was either defective or past its expiry date
2) The product ordered was either lost or damaged in transit
How to Request a Refund?
- Kindly send us clear photographs of the product and its original delivery package within 24 – 48 hours of receipt
- Please send a short note mentioning the problem with the order
